On demand for breastfed babies.
Formula fed babies should not be fed on demand. Babies can't regulate how much they eat at the bottle. Everything is different about artificial feeding. There are charts that tell you how much to feed by weight or age and your doctor should have told you. Mothers feeding babies "as mush as they want" is the reason there are so many overweight and obese babies that become overwieght and obese kids with health problems.
