I have ground pork. What should I make with it?

  • brown your minced pork, add grated ginger and garlic, lots of chopped asian veg and some cooked rice, add a tblsp oyster sauce and 1 tblsp soy, fry til vegies are crispy tender. Grab an iceberg lettuce, and use the leafy outer green leaves. Put a scoop of your mix in the lettuce leaf, top with a teaspoon of hoisin sauce, fold lettuce in burrito style and munch away... OMG I'm having it for dinner now -so good, kids usually like it too cos it's messy and fun

  • tacos, burgers or spegetti, I use ground pork the same way I use ground beef.

  • ps there are lots of ways to do it, it is actually a great way to use up left over rice, only need a little meat, or can be all vego, google for more variations... the Hoisin sauce we like is Lee Kum Kee brand, not sure if available in US

  • I use it in the same way I use ground beef. Just keep in mind it is greasier so make sure you drain for things like pasta and sloppy joes etc.
