any summer programs that work well for children with adhd?

my 5 year boy, got kicked out of the summer program he was in. he likes challenges and as long as he is being motivated and involved he does well. this program did not have an experience staff nor a staff that was supportive because he is adhd

  • I have heard good reports about boy scouts but I don't have any personal experience.

  • It depends where you live. Here we have a place called Pawnee. Its a facility that during the summer have a variety of groups for children with ADHD, and things like this. You might check with your local Mental Health facility.
