when i make cupcakes they are good at first but i put them in a container with a lid the leftovers and they are soggy like really moist the top is like wet,if that makes any sense at all and if it does can you explain it and how do i fix the problem thankyou in advance.

  • The cupcakes need to be fully cooled before you store them and you need to keep the container in a cool,dry place. (Like a bread box or a microwave that's out of commission NOT on or in the refrigerator)

  • Make sure that they are completely cool before you ice them. Keep them in the frige, it keeps them fresher longer. Pull them out about an hour or two before you plan on serving them. It could be that the icing is getting too warm and causing it to melt slightly. Also make sure that there is enough space in the container at the top and between each cuppie.
