when i make cupcakes they are good at first but i put them in a container with a lid the leftovers and they are soggy like really moist the top is like wet,if that makes any sense at all and if it does can you explain it and how do i fix the problem thankyou in advance.

  • Are they fully cooled when you put them in the container? They may be condensating if theyre still warm. You may try refrigerating them a bit before you put them in to make sure theyre cool.

  • Condensation can also be caused by the type of frosting you are using. Keep your closed container in the refrigerator and sometimes that will help too.
