  • I ran/jogged all the way through both of my pregnancies. It always gave me a bunch of energy and helped keep my in good shape.

  • swimming, I'm 6 months now and I like swimming the best because I have a really bad hip and it helps ease it while I stretch and excerise... plus I feel alomst weightless inthe water!

  • I do Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones (not the crunches though), I like to brisk walking, light weights. I'm 11.5 weeks along and I'd like to get some prenatal videos, I just don't know what to get.
