  • My nipples are a little longer, but I have been pregnant or nursing since late 2005. Maybe they haven't had a chance to go back yet. My breasts are also in the D or DD range now (pregnant with number three now) when they use to be nice full Bs. It is worth it. Good luck with the breastfeeding. If you get discouraged, get help. If the help doesn't help, find different help. You can do it!

  • Yes, your nipples will stretch and get big while your breastfeeding but when I stopped breastfeeding my nipples went back to their normal size and so did my breasts. I'm glad your giving breastfeeding a try:) Good luck Mama!

  • No they aren't stretched out. I've been BF my 9 month old since birth. My nipples are hard all the time, that is the only change that has happened. They haven't gotten National Geographically long or anything like that though. haha
