Can you eat sushi while breastfeeding?

So I'm 35 weeks and craving sushi. Will I be able to have some in 5 weeks even though I'll be BF?

  • Eat and drink AS YOU LIKE when nursing. Nothing's off the table.

  • I wouldn't personally eat raw fish while pregnant, but BFing is a different stroy! If anything, the seaweed is HIGHLY nutritious and will help replace your minerals! When i was Pregnant i still ate sushi, I just stuck with the cooked or veggie rolls.
