  • I don't use that but I am sure that is the only option for some people who live paycheck to paycheck.

  • Some cities do have ordinances against them. I know that if you live in a town that has a Marine Corps base, you will most likely not see a single one because of it.

  • op: just think about it why?? I mean it's a scam if you think about it the interest is so high they know people will come in and just pay the interest and take out another loan until they can't get out from under them and for anonymous 1:03 I have been there and I wouldn't suggest anyone to use them it took me forever getting out from under them and that was years ago and I will never go back you take out and get nothing from them.

  • They should be. It is a billion dollar business that essentially exploits poor, desperate people. It is very similar to the bail system. They are crooks and loan sharks and it should be illegal but because a lot of people have vested interests, it will remain.
