  • i do when I go to Walmart b/c they are good for purposely scanning things more than once and then returning them to take the money; it's happened to me before and to a friend of mine.
If I go anywhere else, I usually just glance at the prices and if I see something out of the ordinary, then I check it better.

  • I do and especially my gas printout. One time I was charged for the previous person that pump their gas. It was tacked on my credit card. Reported to store clerk and then immediately reported to my credit card company.

  • I almost always do, just to make sure I wasn't over- or double-charged - last week it paid off when 3 cans of mistint paint rang up at full price, when they were supposed to be half price. My mom keeps all her receipts to check them against her card statements (credit & bank).

  • I'm hit and miss- but I'm working on checking them more often. I've been finding errors on them lately. They aren't much but $1 or $2 every time you go to the grocery store adds up.
