  • The home that we are selling (and should have it closed in one week) is in North Carolina, and we're selling it for $118k. Which is $13k more than we bought it for.

  • I also live in Southern California. We bought it for, $487,000 in 2008. I think it's probably worth about $450,000 or so right now.

  • $90K - Nebraska - 2,200 FSF
That's more than what we paid for it, so we're in a good place.

  • This question is pointless without knowing the square footage and the lot size. Those things effect home prices just as much as where you're located. So does what part of a state you live in. Is the property in the city or the country? Is is waterfront property? Without the other information you can't really compare apples to apples.

  • Well I dont know but my home was bought two years ago is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, trailer We also have a laundry room nice size yard we paid about two thousand dollars for it, yep 2,000 for it. we put new windows in a central air unit and new doors so with all the improvements we have made so far the value has gone up about 5 thousand dollars so probably about 15K (it was worth at least 10 when we bought it but the people selling it couldnt afford to keep it anymore)
