  • 2 kids, 2 adults, 1 -90 lb dog. We spend anywhere from $50-$100 per week on food, cleaners, personal care items, dog food, etc. EVERYTHING! Most weeks it's an average of $70-75.

  • 4 adults, 3 tweens, 2 big dogs, 1 medium size dog, 3 cats: Our budget averages $250 a month which is about $60 a week for all paper products, personal care items, pet food, and human food.

  • 6 people. $0-100, sometimes more, depending what the sales are. This week alone I've already spent over $100, because DD needed a birthday treat, my favorite grocery store had a facebook special on pop that DH "desperately needed", and there's a special huge sale this weekend that I'm sure I'll spend close to $100 at.

  • 4 people (18, 19 and hubby and I) and we spend about $600 a month just on food. We do not shop at the tradtional grocery store. We shop at a Farmer's Market. We buy everything fruits, veggies, meat, weggs, yogurt , ice cream & juices, grain cereal for hot breakfasts, milk in glass bottles that has cream on top (from cows that are not fed chemicals and whose crops are not covered in pesticides), herbs & spices, etc.. No pre-packaged, chemical laden foods here. The only tthing I buy at the grocery store is organic sugar and I buy that every 2-3 months.
