  • CARDIO! That is the best way to burn the excess layer of fat that unfortunately most of us get after kiddos. Incorporate some strength training too. That and cardio will help you get back in shape! Watch fatty foods too. Good luck!

  • reverse crunches.

  • Cardio will lose the fat that is helping it say unfit. However, Yoga AND Pilates will help you regain the strength in your stomach. It's also a good idea to wear spanks or some sort of belly support all day to help the muscles stay taught. Holding the flab is a lot of work for muscles, which makes it hard to regain the taughtness of your belly again. So try wearing a stomach support (Usually found in the underwear at Walmart or stores of that nature) as well as doing Yoga AND Pilates. Cardio will only help you lose the fat, which is nice, but it won't strethen the muscles back up. Keep at it!

  • Cardio will help you lose the fat, but the skin may stay loose, and you may never lose the tummy fat. It's just a fact of life, and genetics play the biggest role, aside from lifestyle. As a last resort, the only other option is surgery.
You can do crunches all day long, but losing the fat that covers the stomach is the only way to get a flat belly.
