How do I get my 2 year old daughter to sleep in her new room and new toddler bed?

I just put my daughter into a bigger room with a new toddler bed. She loves the room but last night when we went to leave her in there after saying goodnight when she realized we were leaving she started crying. She didn't want to be alone in the room by herself. And then at around 4am she woke up and decided that it was playtime.
Any advice would be helpful thanks!!

  • routine!!! brush teeth, read a book, sing a song, goodnight kiss, maybe add light music back out of the room and shut the door. you can rearrange, add or take out anything to make it your own but you will need to do it every single night.

  • Start with having her take naps in the room, so she gets used to it.
