looking at the scale every day! BAD IDEA, lol! scales are decieveing, and disappointing. if you have a program for instance, that replaces fat with muscle, you can be getting healthier every day, and not actually losing any weight, and a scale will only make you feel bad! and yeah, not eating is a big no-no. but one thing i think we should at least try differently, is the big breakfast thing. dont eat in the morning until your hungry. you dont need a big breakfast to jumpstart your metabolisim for the day. of course the most important meal is breakfast, it gives us energy for the day, but dont eat it until your actually hungry for it.
