What's the biggest mistake that women when trying to loose weight?

  • looking at the scale every day! BAD IDEA, lol! scales are decieveing, and disappointing. if you have a program for instance, that replaces fat with muscle, you can be getting healthier every day, and not actually losing any weight, and a scale will only make you feel bad! and yeah, not eating is a big no-no. but one thing i think we should at least try differently, is the big breakfast thing. dont eat in the morning until your hungry. you dont need a big breakfast to jumpstart your metabolisim for the day. of course the most important meal is breakfast, it gives us energy for the day, but dont eat it until your actually hungry for it.

  • There are so many.... not eating breakfast, it doesnt have to be big but it does need to be eaten, have a piece of fruit or a cup of yogurt. Not eating snacks or not eating the right kinds of snacks. looking at the scale daily, not setting realistic goals, feeling guilty after slipping up. OK so you had that piece of chocolate get over it and move on go jump on the treadmill and get over it. The BIGGEST mistake in my opinion is taking diet pills, there is no magic pill that will take it away. Hard work and learning about the right foods for your body and excercise routine are what makes the difference between success and failure.
