some one here gave me some advice on how to help me to flatten my stomach, they said jack knifes

what exactly are jack knifes ?

  • When you lay on the floor on your back with your knees bent and then at the same time lift your arms and your legs in the air so that they almost touch each other. At least that's how I do them on my Wii Fit...Lol

    Also a suggestion - planks!! Lay on your stomach and then lift yourself up by supporting yourself with your forearms and your toes. It really works the abs!

  • those are all good but if you have fat on your stomach, you need to do cardio to burn the fat off your stomach or else your not gonna see the muscle that your toneing with those exercises.
