  • I started a blog a while back with some healthy recipes. I haven't updated it in a while, but there is quite a bit there. I do have to get back into updating it frequently . . .

  • I ike to make taco salad...

plastic container of Herb mix lettuce from walmart

    Add what you like-

    light shredded cheese-just a sprinkle
    green onions
can of black beans drained and well rinsed
    crunch up 1 taco shell
light french dressing ( I like mullens or beaumonts?)

  • this is SO amazing. Don't make any adjustments to the recipe. You don't HAVE to sautee the veggies first if you don't want to. I made this last night without doing so and I had my non-vegetarian mom and grandparents over, and they raved!! My 20 month old loved it and my grandpa was even full after one serving. Served with brown rice and green beans.

in grill basket add-bell pepper in chunks, pineapple ( i love fresh), and onion (any other veggies you like)
I drizzle veggies with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
