  • Actually I am gonna tell you it varies depending on your situation. I am not high risk. I went 1 time a month until 30 weeks. Starting at 32 weeks it was every other week. I am now 35 weeks and still at every other week. I believe I will go every week starting at 36 weeks. One of my friends was high risk and went every other week from the beginning until 28 weeks then every week until she delivered.

  • It depends on your situation. I'm 32 weeks and I've been every 2 weeks for a while now - next week I start going twice/week for NSTs (non stress tests) from now until I deliver due to gestational diabetes and an autoimmune disease I carry.
