Ladies I'm in need of help trying to write a letter for my brother. He has to wear a vest for work (works on the streets) and this manager found him without one. She has an alligator clip. She got real close to him and puts the alligator clip real close to his p*nis and says the alligator clip is going on there next time you aren't wearing your vest. So he talked to his boss and he told him that he was only complaining because she found him without a vest. Can someone help me write something up?? Pleaseee

  • Yeah, I'm a little confused as to why you're the one writing the letter instead of him. Unless you're an attorney or your brother's legal guardian. Who's the letter to? HR?

  • look up sexual harrassment laws. your brother will need to go to HR and explain the situation to them - they are the ones who should deal with that. i understand you want to help - maybe if you just help him draft a letter stating the facts of what happened and the feelings that he had associated with that (harrassment is about fear and humiliation) to help him talk to HR. also, mention that he tried to address this with his boss but his boss was not receptive to the conversation. that was completely inappropriate. fuck the judgemental bitches who haven't bothered to ask how old your brother is, etc. the only thing i can say is that he should be prepared to get a new job - there may be retaliation.
