For those of you who use a Fluoride Free Toothpaste...

I would love to switch, but can't find any... What brand(s) do you recommend and where can I get them?

  • Don't even need to get toothpaste. Just wet your toothbrush, and dip in baking soda. Inexpensive, flouride-free, and very effective! I grew up on it!

  • Kharma - Cheap yes, but super gross! I can't even imagine doing that! YUCK!!

  • Flouride is really bad for your teeth and for your body in general. We use Nature's gate and Tom's. Make sure you check the back of the box on the Tom's products because they are owned by Colgate and most of their products now contain flouride.

  • Thoms is good and can be found everywhere and I completely agree w/ the baking soda. My mom always had us use peroxide and baking soda.
