When did your lil one actually jump?

My son is 17 months old and he high steps when we say jump...but can't actually jump with both feet at same time. Is this a milestone of any kind?

  • like getting him to take directions or just jump in general? my son has been jumping since he was a year old, but he was an early walker.

  • My son started jumping when prompted and saying Jump around 19 or 20 months.

  • When they first learn to jump it is high steps or just onto tippey toes. My LO is almost 2 and can jump now just not very high
