Me & DH are interested in Kayaking.. It sounds like a fun, relaxing way (yet get a nice workout) to get out & have fun..
Every Kayak site I go to talks about training. Is it really needed for beginners? We just cant "jump in & get our feet wet"?
Is Kayaking something that can be done with a 3year old in tow?
Any advice/ tips would be great!
(me & dh are not in the best of shape, but we are trying! And think Kayaking would make it fun!)
