How do I make myself get up early?

I need to start working out. I don't get home until almost 6pm so doing it then is out...with housework, supper, and baths. I have to leave the house by 6am for work. How do I motivate to get up 30 mins early without hitting that stupid snooze? Can someone come over with a bucket of water?

  • If you are really motivated to do this, set the alarm clock on the other side of the room so you have to get up to turn it off. THEN, do not go back to the bed. Thats the hard part!

  • Just get up tell your husband to wake you up and pour water on you.

  • Once you do it a couple of times it will become a routine who's outcome will be a godd feeling and you will want to do it again, go to bed earlier if you must.

  • Go to bed a little earlier and set the alarm for an hour earlier

  • Go to bed a little earlier and put the alarm far away from the bed so you have to get up to turn it off.
