BP has said it will hire as many local residents as possible to clean the beaches and distribute booms through the surrounding marshes and waterways. Should Americans keep eating fish?

As the oil spill continues contaminating our waters we are wondering what's going to happen with the fish industry. Chickens and Cows are fed with fish food. We consume fish once a week. Should I move to a western State to be able to eat fish?
And. Is anyone watching the press conference. According to the press secretary the government has a Nobel Prize Physicist working on the solution to stop the oil from spreading?

And. Is anyone watching live footage of the actual oil spill?

  • According to The Atlantic, Energy Sec. and Nobel Prize winning Physicist Steven Chu ad-libbed a gamma ray imaging solution at BP’s HQ….

Chu:"… Well, I was talking about a week and a half ago to some of the Department of Energy folks that BP had asked us to send down there. This was the week before last Sunday. There was a several hour phone call Sunday where a few of the national lab directors, I, and the people we had at the site were talking about what we can do to help BP, and we thought that we could perhaps help them specifically by imaging the state of the BOP, the blow-out-prevention valve, with high-energy gamma rays. By using penetrating gamma rays you can see whether the valves were closed…."

  • I think that since all of us contribute, and this is a worldwide disaster being it's oil in our earth's oceans, that all of us are effected, I just cry alot and pray, being I know God hears even what we cry without words. Men and authorities will run out of some solutions and try others, as long as they stay the course it's a good outcome. Staying on track. Keeping out of using all the oil could just be the timing and answer we all needed. Too bad this is how it has to show itself. BP always blaming, and they just go ahead anyways before really analyzing any devastation each time they go and drill, The drilling was what caused the disaster! They admitted it was from drilling. Why did they drill and gee, now should we start finally all growing bamboo in our yards !!! We all need to put our own mouths into the truth. We all need to change,

  • Like BP isn't helping by blaiming even though they are picking up the mess, and going out to help. IT's always grass roots no matter what the media write, say, or lie. Media doesn't help they are just making emotions surface to keep us from forgetting all the history each day, Now it's one month into this mess and the chemical dispersants are just making smaller bits harder to lasso together. They should have left tar balls to form
