we just got a tredmill and im not sure how long or how far i should start off at... im about 5'2" and weigh about 123 i want to loose like 10 lbs but not sure the best way to start it... i have started to portion my food better about a month ago and so im not sure where to start with running, jogging, and running... can you help me outAnswer Question
