  • do you have the ready bake noodles or not? they have ones that you dont need to cook, and ones that you do need to cook. i like the ones that you dont need to cook. you also need ricotta cheese and eggs.

  • start the noodles and meanwhile cook the ground beef up, drain and heat the sauce in the ground beef.....
layer it sauce, noodles, sauce, parm cheese, mozz cheese, sauce (that's how I do it at least). Then it should end with the parm cheese after a layer of mozz cheese on the top. You can either pop it into the oven @350 for 30-45 min OR cover with plastic wrap then foil and put it in the freezer (let it cool down a bit first).
I never use ricotta cause my hubby doesn't like it... Good luck! xo

  • if you put it in the freezer YOU DON'T NEED TO COOK THE NOODLES!!! Just layer it like I said and pour about 1 cup of water over the top of it!

  • Whether you cook the noodles or not depends on what you bought. Read on the package. If you cook them first, cook them with a bit of a bite left to them (don't let them get soggy). If you are supposed to let the noodles bake in the lasagna then be sure to seal it up tight with foil.

Layer meat sauce on bottom, then noodles, then cheese. Layer meat sauce again, then noodles then cover with sauces, then cheese. It is way better when you have ricotta cheese in the middle layer. Then bake at 350 for 45 min if the noodles were precooked and 1 hour if not.
