fighting the fatigue

How do you mamas do it? I'm in my 1st trimester, going to school, working part-time, and chasing my 20 month old around. I'm barely keeping myself conscious. What can I do to get some energy back? The fact that I recently kicked the espresso doesn't help of course...

  • my doctor told 8 oz coffee or a 12 dark soda could help alot with the energy and it's not bad for the baby as long as that's not all u drink all day long GL

  • Drink lots of water
    Don't eat meat
    Eat lots of real foods: whole grains, vegetables, legumes, fruits
