  • Canned chili ( spanish/oriental isle) or fresh roasted anahiem chili, flour, water (like a soup) ground hamburger in it. Stewed tomatoes. Eat with tortillas or as a soup. you can put beans inside the tortilla and put cheese on top, then smother it with the chili. You can add other veggies that you think'll go good in the mix : )

  • Meatloaf! Add eggs, bread crumbs, grated cheese, spice to taste, I use a little oregano & garlic powder. Bake in oven at 350 degrees. Use meat thermometor to know when it's done.

  • Stew. Soup. Shepherds pie. Sloppy joes (we also like to put sloppy joe meat over mashed potatoes). Faux stroganoff (cook & drain hamburger, add mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, serve with noodles). Tater tot casserole (I mix meat with green beans & cream of celery, top with tots). My kids also love this: chop an onion and cook with hamgurger, drain fat off. Mix in french cut green beans and cream of celery soup, and milk to thin a bit. You can also add cooked rice if you want. I make bisquik drop biscuits and we eat the "slop" over the biscuits. Cheeseburger pie - mix cooked meat, cheese, corn in oven-safe pan, top with canned (or homemade) biscuits, bake til biscuits are golden.

  • Hungry Jack Casserole

    1 lbs. ground meat
    1 can biscuits
    1 can baked beans
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
    2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350F. Brown ground beef and drain. Mix ground beef, baked beans, and barbecue sauce together and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cut each biscuit in half and place each biscuit on top of casserole all the way around. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are lightly browned. Can be cooked on low all day in crock pot (omit the biscuits).
