This sounds dumb but i'm going to superior court tomorrow over child support with my ex...

does is mean anything because its in superior court or is all child support cases in superior court? We are going because he has failed to pay and is way behind.

  • You're thinking of the supreme court...totally different. Your child support case isn't going to the supreme court, it's just going to regular court.
