Does anybody know the answer to my Damn Question?

This sounds dumb but i'm going to superior court tomorrow over child support with my ex...
does is mean anything because its in superior court or is all child support cases in superior court? We are going because he has failed to pay and is way behind.

  • Superior court is a state court, nothing different about it but the name, all child support cases end up there.

  • That's merely the family law court. Municipal courts don't handle family law. Nor do federal courts.

  • Different states have different names, for instance in Miami, it is called district or circuit court.
