How to control asthma when pregnant

Hey ladies,

I'm seven months pregnant and my asthma is kicking my ass on a daily basis, which is not good because I'm a SAHM and the only one who can take care of my HIGH NEEDS son. So when my chest tightens and I get dizzy, it's hard to give him the proper attention he deserves.

I was wondering what are some methods you use other than your prescribed medication and keeping a clean house to keep your asthma under control.

  • Cherry-Bark Tea or Wild Cherry Bark Tea. Drink a cup before each meal and before bedtime. Cranberry juice w/o perservatives or added sugars is good too. Drink it immediately at the onset of the asthma attack, but keep your inhaler handy just in case.
