pregnancy...

I just found out I am pregnant. I have a toddler that weighs 32 lbs. Is it okay to pick him up? I don't go to the dr for another 4 wks.

  • Sure, My toddler weighs the same thing. Until directed otherwise because of complications.. you can pick your child up. This is my fourth, and i've lifted my other children through each pregnancy and been fine. Just lift in sensible ways of course try your best to use your leg muscles more than your belly or back muscles.

  • Well all doctors will tell you dont lift purdy much anything over 10lbs. But I am 20 weeks along and have a 2 yr old in which I still lift everyday.. He is 25 lbs but still shouldnt be liftin him.. U know your body better than anyone so the only thng I can say is just be careful your body will let you know if its to much trust me..
