  • Exercise. If you exercise in the am it will boost your metabolism as well as give you more energy for the day. It also enables your body to burn more fat throughout the day.

  • 1. Get a good nights sleep.
    2. Work out in the AM - it will suck for 2-3 days but you will feel a difference. It will give you a boost for the rest of the day! (In experiments conducted by Robert Thayer, PhD, a brisk 10-minute walk not only increased energy, but the effects lasted up to two hours. And when the daily 10-minute walks continued for three weeks, overall energy levels and mood were lifted.)
    3. Eat a good balanced diet. Dont skip meals (Including breakfast!) More fiber less white breads/sugars!

  • Vitamins... Good Ones!

Also, some people use B-12 or a B complex with extra B12.
Go for liquid or sublingual. B12 is hard to absorb through the stomach/intestines so you would need a HIGH dose that way.
If you take it with Vit C it works better.

I can tell a drop in energy when I miss my vitamins.

    There's also Ginseng.
I know you said no pills, but wasn't sure if you meant like just diet/energy pills.
