  • I don't think they are run off a battery, I think they have an on site generator.

    I read once where they had to postpone an execution by lethal injection because they'd run out of alcohol pads. They didn't want to risk an infection at the injection site. Are you kidding me?? By the time any chance of infection would set would sort of be a moot point, you know?
