Dinner Ideas

My fiance has high blood pressure and trying to lower his cholesterol. I need healthy dinner ideas. Also, the quicker the better! Also, do you know any fun activities to participate that is friendly to having a four month old and doesn't take super long. Thanks!!

  • Stir fry with a low sodium/low fat sauce
Cheesy chicken as I call it- cook chicken until it is almost done (boneless, skinless) with a small amount of water on the bottom of the pan to keep it moist. Cut chicken open add cheese and natural seasonings. Fresh parsley is good. Aspargus

  • walking is a fun activity with a four month old.
i like to make regular meals but substitute with healthier things, like turkey burgers on whole grain/wheat buns with mozzerella cheese and brown rice on the side, or i buy whole grain penne, 2% velveeta block of cheese, i cant believe its not butter, and skim milk and make mac & cheese, grilled chicken sandwhiches on whole grain buns with corn on the cob, etc.
