Healthy snacks?

I am trying to eat better but am having a hrd time finding healthy snacks that I like. Ii needs to be a carb because that is what I crave for snacks. I usually eat cheez-its & triscuits. Any ideas?

  • Add a protein to your carbs, it will help you stay fuller longer. Peanut butter crackers, string cheese and triscuits, fruits are carbs too but I'm assuming you want a wheat based carb?

  • fresh fruits and veggies are best, but they usually are the LAST thing i want to eat lol. no sugar added yogurt/froyo is good fora snack and to soothe a sweet tooth,

  • try wheat bread for sandwiches.. you'll still get your carbs, but it will be healthier than white bread, and more filling at times.

    Try things like peanut butter, bananna sandwiches.. or toast with apple slices on the side.
