is infant tylenol still recalled?

my 9 month old is getting her first tooth in and she is a very unhappy baby and i wanted to give her something to relieve the pain.I am using orajel and it seems to be not working.

  • I don't know if it is, but I know it was only the name brand. Just get the store brand. It's the same thing, just different packaging and no advertising.

  • I'm using children's Advil now... I didnt know about the recall until 2 or 3 weeks ago and my kids have taken a WHOLE bottle of tylenol and I have 2 half empty bottles of motrin!!! I will just stick with advil now

  • Buy generic - no recalls, plus safer ingredients. Acetominaphen (yikes, I can't spell that) is the main ingredient, but the added stuff differs widely and generics are safer for that.
