what gets rid of a sunburn itch???

  • White vinegar. Put some on a cotton ball and swipe it over the sunburn. You'll smell like a pickle, but it works.

  • My mom always patted my sunburns with cool, wet tea bags. She would put about 10 of them in a bowl of cool water and let them sit for a minute or so, gently squeeze out some of the water, but leave it dripping wet, and begin to pat at my sunburn. Takes the zing and itch out. You can then pour the remaining tea water over your shoulders as you stand in the tub before you sit down to relax in a tub of lukewarm water.

    I have heard of vinegar, too! I've never used it, but I would try it before buying expensive products.
