Does anyone know...

the least painful way to have anal sex? I 've wanted to for awhile, been married 13 years, but every time we try, it hurts like heck. I know to use lubricants, k y or something, but I need to know if there is an easier way to do it. Any suggestions?

  • there is a product called anal eaze to help relax the anal spincter use plenty of lubrication but if your bent over you can place your hand on his thigh to keep him from plunging into your anal cavity... you must be completely relaxed otherwise it will hurt you.. try a lil foreplay having him stick his finger in or something before his penis... to help loosen you up

  • The only way to make it hurt less is lots of lub and to be really relaxed. The only time i have done it with out it hurting is when i had been drinking which made me really relaxed if we try it when i have not been drinking i tense up and cant make myself relax.

  • you have to relax, and lube up---but the trick is to relax, and get in the mindset of ---oh boy here comes an orgasm, because if you are nervous it will hurt,

  • anal eze works very well, but everyone is pretty much right- you have to be relaxed, or its going to hurt like hell, and even with relaxing it still hurts some, but can hurt in a good way, ya know? id have to say, though, rather than a finger or something to loosen you up, i think a beginner set of butt pluggs works a lot better. you can start with the smallest, and work your way up as you get more relaxed and turned on, and you can find these at any store, and especially on line (extremerestraints.com is very reliable and priced better than most) for usually under 20 dollars for a set that generally has 3 sizes in it. a lot of lube, and foreplay is definetly recommended! makes it so much better. its not a bad idea to make sure you dont have to go number2 for a bit, and i definetly wouldnt do it after eating something spicey! work your way up to it, its not easy, but after a while of trying it can be fun! just dont give up :)

  • and yea, i agree with 2:21 anon, a couple of drinks cant hurt for the first few times until you realize it can be pleasurable, lol. with women our minds get in the way of our physical pleasure and can prevent us from being totally in the moment, which is really crucial for good anal sex.

  • I would have hubby try to just lay beside you. You should be with someone you trust. and just with the tip slide in and out just a little bit. Use lots of lube and a good vibe for the front works great!!! The 1st few times you try it make it a point that he wont put it all the way in. Then take it super slow unitl you want it all the way in. It does sooner than latter feel great!!! Good Luck!!!

  • Tell him to massage the anal opening. Those muscles down there are very tight and made to keep things out. He can take his thumb and massage them until they relax then use the lube and slide in.

  • Take a percocet and wait an hour until it kicks in.
