  • Yes you can. It doesn't take any nutrients away from the breast milk, and if you are going to supplement with formula, adding some breast milk to it is a great idea.

  • yep! i started with 3/4 bm 1/4 formula, then 1/2 formula and 1/2 bm after a week and then so on till your completely on formula if you are wanting to stop bf.

  • Yes its a good idea expecially if you dont produce enough, at least he/she is getting the breastmilk still :)
