we just got a tredmill...i just started about 2 weeks ago... i walk/jog 2 miles for 5 days then take the weekend off because i looked it up and it said to let my mucles reccuperate... not sure if i should keep doing that or just go 7 days... i just need to loose about 10 lbs or atleast tone the areas i want to loose the weight... like love handles, thighs and hips, do you think this exersice will work to loose weight and tone the mucles?Answer Question
