  • They are also under the supervision of doctors that are checking all their stats everyday. These people are working out 78 times a day and are eating a well balanced meal, unlike those who 'crash' diet which is unhealthy.

  • Plus, we don't know if those people maintain their weight loss after the show's over and if they're still losing at the same rate as they did on the show.

  • They are under strict supervision, and learning how to eat properly and workout while losing the weight. That said, if you look, there's a few of them who've gained the weight back, plus its t.v... it makes good television for them to lose weight that quickly...truly doesn't mean its THAT good for them. Also, when you lose that much weight that quickly, your skin doesn't snap back as it would've if you'd lost it 1-2lbs per week. It takes time to learn new habits and being healthy and fit is a lifestyle, not a quick diet. In the time that it takes to lose weight slowly, you can pick up the right habits for a lifetime of health. If you lose quickly by some crash diet, you're not learning anything that will help you for the rest of your life. You just lose weight, and most put it back on, plus some more.

  • They are supervised but many of them gain it back and I don't agree that how they do it is healthy but they also work out mass amt of time so they see results faster. I don't wathc that show because to me its not realistic.
