  • give her water and vitamin D and calcium rich foods instead

  • My son is like, but since he eats cheese and yogurt our ped wasn't worried. try that aslo if your not against it mix it with a tiny bit of chocolate. We do that ( not all the time) DS loves it.

  • Try giving it to her in a cool cup with a straw. But make sure that the straw doesn't pull out, or else it will drive you crazy! (I have learned from experiencing the same thing!)

    did you know dairy is the number one food allergen/ intolerance?
    she may be allergic.
