  • i floss brush then mouthwash. i love the dental pics makes flossing so much easier, plus with the pick on the other end, i get it so much cleaner!

  • Floss then brush. I only use mouthwash occasionally because I really don't like it. It's all too minty.

  • I floss and then brush. I HATE mouthwash. Makes me wanna gag. It doesn't make sense to brush THEN floss. Cause when you floss you loosen all the gunk and then you can brush it away.

  • Brush first , then floss. My dentist says that gargling with any of the different mouthwash products can damage the delicate tissues in your mouth and gums. Forexample,Listerine is too harsh . If you need to , use a little salt in warm water because it heals your gums.
