What should my Ideal weight be?

I weigh 165 I am 5' 5" I am 47 I am a mother of 4 I am Hispanic I am decent looking when I get all dolled up look out!!!...lol just kidding.
Thanks ladies at lease when I hear from you I can at least have some kind of direction to go by.

  • I think you should be 130. If you have heavy bones, then 135.

  • taking ur height into consideration, a healthy weight for u is between 112 to 150 pounds beacuse this gives u a Body Mass Index of bewteen 18.5-24.9 which is healthy

    Underweight = <18.5
    Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
    Overweight = 25-29.9
    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

  • personally, i think it all depends on how your are shaped. small frame, medium and large. my dr also goes by this method, he has a chart for this, but I am unsure for your height... maybe google it. but, i certainly wouldn't just go by just height.

  • im also 5'5", current weight 148. i'd be happy to get back to 140 (size 6). at 133 i was a size 4 but it was way too much effort to sustain.
