My HCG level was 134.2

I just found out I was pregnant on Sunday, had my blood drawn on Tuesday. My last AF came on 4-27-10. Does this count look good? I am going back tomorrow to re-test.. please tell me that is a good number.

  • Well it's not so much the number that matters as much as it needs to be doubling every two days.

My LMP was 2/20/10 I am due 11/27/10 and my HCG test on 3/19 was 11. Yes 11. lol But by 6w2d was 2,000 and is now way way up there at 14w4d.

Try not to think about it too much because like I said more than anything it is important for it to be doubling every 48hrs which you will find out at the retest. :o)

  • Also I found this just to show you how much of a difference there can be in levels so there really isn't a "normal" level for each week. I found it on about.com for pregnancy stuff. If you want to see a chart for yourself just google "HCG level by week."

    5 weeks: 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml
    6 weeks: 1,080 - 56,500 mIU/ml
    7 - 8 weeks: 7, 650 - 229,000 mIU/ml

  • Thank you Anon and you are very welcome! We're very excited to hopefully finally have our second baby! :o) Trust me I know what it's like to worry about every little thing since this is our 4th pregnancy with only 1 birth, but try to take it easy and not worry too much. :o)
