Lift a saggy butt?

Any exercises you know of? Mine isn't that bad but it could use a little help.

  • Heels, lol, that always keeps my butt tight.

    Just kidding, but I notice when I start to where heels my butt and legs tighten up somewhat...

  • Peggy Hill on the animated show, "King of the Hill" used duct tape to lift her butt up in one of the episodes, LOL.

    Try an excersice video that specifies the hip butt thigh area.
    Get on all fours, lift one leg and bend knee into 90 degree, foot flat not pointed, kick straight up while feeling butt flex, keep abdomin still.

  • lunges. I hate them, but they work. Once you get good at them, add weights.
