My husband thinks i should...............

take off my clothes when i get a fever. He says it will help reduce the fever. Then he tries to convince me that him laying on me skin to skin will also help because he is taking all my heat away. Is this true?

  • laying together i don't think works, because that's body heat to body heat...taking your clothes off though, does help...i remember being in the emergency room once and this chick had a baby that had a high fever, and they had it bundled up in the footsie jammies and a blanket over it, the doctor almost crapped himself, when you are clothed and wrapped up it's going to trap the heat, making you hotter....
