  • 75 oz. at the minimum. A good rule is 1/2 your body weight in ounces and 1/2 of 150 is 75. Height doesn't factor in.

  • I also have heard that you should drink in ozs., 1/2 of what your body weight is. It seems like a whole lot of water, but I'm sure it's beneficial for weight loss.

  • I was always told eight, 8 oz glasses a day. So, 64 ozs.
