  • Try walking and having sex those things help progress labor .. but only if your body is ready. Nothing is going to speed it up unless the baby and body is ready regardless of what you do.

  • Go to one of the machines that rents movies for $1. Get a bunch of movies. Relax and watch movies and stop thinking about it.

  • Ugh i cant stand Gaillls responses.

Try walking and sex, but others are right. The baby is only going to come when the baby is ready to come!

  • I walked and sex two days before my due date. Went to the doc the morning after and was dilated one centimeter efaced 60%. I had sex and walked again ON my due date. I woke up with contractions 1 am the following morning. Not sure if it was what we did or if it was just time :)

  • I forgot to mention, when I was pregnant with our second child I decided to take a LONG hot shower and relax. I started having contractions in the shower. That was at 11 pm on a Saturday night. Our son was born 4:50 am on Sunday morning. He came 8 days early.

  • I don't know you or your situation, but the way this was asked--- it comes off awfully selfish.
Hurry up and have the baby?!
What about what the baby wants?? What your body needs??
